Hello everyone! If you are active, like to workout and socialize, this is the right place for you ! Fitness beginners, amateur and advanced are most welcome 🤗. It will consist of an outdoor workout: a circuit with many stations where everyone would be able to train. The only thing to bring is your joy and a bottle of water (and maybe a t shirt post workout).
