Hello friends, I’m creating a group for people living or working in East London who are practicing or interested in Nonviolent Communication (NVC). This will be a space for us to connect, share experiences, and support each other in learning and applying NVC principles in our daily lives. The group will focus on fostering empathy, understanding, and authentic expression. Once we have enough members, I’ll organize in-person gatherings to practice together, engage in workshops, and deepen our connections.
