Hi Locals Fam 馃馃挍 Who wants to join me for a great beasty workout next Sat? 馃槄 well it鈥檚 like Triathlon but not the standard one. This non-standard Triathlon consist of the following exercises: 1. 1.5 km SLED PUSH (Female do 85kg and Male do 125kg) 2. 40 km SKI-ERG/ or 64 km BIKE/ROW 3. 10 km RUN The event is free but they are raising money for charity and I thought to post here on locals to get a team together 馃檶馃徑 Hope you can join me 馃榿 and raise money for charity too 馃挍 I will share...
