Neighbourhood Yoga Meetup

Join our weekly yoga sessions in the local park and connect with like-minded people in your neighborhood. Beginners and experienced yogis are all welcome to join. We'll start with some gentle stretches and breathing exercises, followed by a flowing yoga sequence. After the class, we can grab a healthy snack from the nearby organic market and chat about our mindfulness journeys.
