About event
We will kick and punch the heavy bag, combine it with body weight exercises to increase our strength and endurance. Also we will learn new techniques how to defend ourselves in critical situations. During session we will have fun, learn new things and sweat a lot. After training we can enjoy our sauna and I can answer your questions about fitness, nutrition and healthy lifestyle.
