Often we have things on our mind — thoughts, emotions, memories, etc. that don’t get our full attention — let’s meditate and move into that and help them get the time and space they need to heal. “Moving Meditation” is an intuitive movement practice based on principles of yoga, dance, and meditation. The goal is to start cultivating a mind-body connection and help process emotions stored in the body. This is not a physically strenuous class and no yoga or dance experience is required - join with an open mind and open heart 🤍 Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a journal / pen and paper, and some water to the session.
