Mindful Sunday with Christine!!!!! pilates,yoga,tai chi instructor, in the park, enjoying open and calming surrounding. It is going to be an hour-long session of pilates. Pilates is beneficial as it increases Core stability and is extremely good for toning your abs and helps to strengthen your back muscles. Also, improves your mind-body connection, concentration and rejuvenates your awareness from the core. Join a restorative strength building Pilates class for beginners & improvers (16 years +). Don't hesitate if it's your first session, we all begin from somewhere. Please secure your spots already, only limited spots available.
