Hey Locals As a chef, I am excited to present a Michelin-style gourmet picnic that I have prepared myself. The menu boasts an array of delicious dishes that are sure to tantalize your taste buds and make your picnic experience truly exceptional. As you enjoy the delicious food, we will take the opportunity to get to know each other, share stories, and play some fun card games. I have also carefully curated some refreshing drinks that complement the food and make your picnic experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, this gourmet picnic promises to be an unforgettable experience for all, and I am honored to have the opportunity to prepare such a delightful spread for you. We will start with a selection of charcuterie boards to complement the tasting menu. These boards will feature an assortment of high-quality cured meats, artisanal cheeses, vegetables, fruits and a variety of crackers. Each board is thoughtfully crafted by me to ensure a perfect balance of flavors, textures, and colours. Tasting Menu : The Honey Mustard Roast Beef & Baby Potato Skewers are a personal favorite of mine. Succulent roast beef and tender baby potatoes are skewered together and served with a tangy honey mustard sauce that I have perfected over time. For those who prefer seafood, the Shrimp, Cucumber & Guacamole Canapés are a must-try. I have carefully selected succulent shrimp and combined them with crisp cucumber and creamy guacamole to create a refreshing and light appetizer. Vegetarians will love the Mozzarella & Tomato Filo Pastry Triangles, which are crispy filo pastry triangles filled with melted mozzarella and juicy tomatoes. I have worked hard to ensure that this dish is packed with flavor, making it a vegetarian option that everyone can enjoy. For a healthy and colorful snack, the Duo-Colored Hummus & Vegetable Crudités are perfect. The platter features fresh vegetable crudités alongside my homemade beetroot and spinach hummus, making it a delightful and nutritious addition to the spread. And lastly, for dessert, indulge in my personal creation, the Mango-Passion Fruit & Mascarpone Cream Sweet Profiteroles. These decadent profiteroles are filled with whipped mascarpone cream and drizzled with a fruity mango-passion fruit coulis that will leave you wanting more. And if you prefer something more classic, the profiteroles filled with vanilla cream and topped with thick chocolate glazing and a bit of salty caramel are a must-have. Join me and let’s have fun!
