Hiii! It has been a long journey for me to find my happy place, dive deeper into my mental state and also be able connect with others that are like minded. Everything I have learnt from my personal traumas and training in mental health is put together in this free mindfulness group. Both as a mental health professional and friend. Explore your self discovery at your own pace, share your experiences in a supportive safe space, and discover tools for inner peace. We can also have fun activities like mindful coloring, anger venting rants, vision boards, journaling, stress release activities, rage rooms, guided meditations, etc. Or just go on a coffee after work and share how we are all feeling- genuinely on the inside.
