In almost a decade of personal growth work, one of the most crucial thing I have come to realise is that as a man I need to be in the company of other men who can be honest, authentic, vulnerable in each other’s company, and share their lives and their emotions and support each other. A Men’s Group is that place. It is also a place where you use your brothers to share your struggles and celebrate your wins so that your primary partners do not become the dumping ground for your emotions. It is one of the healthiest thing you can do in a relationship. So, if you are someone who identifies as a man and either have experienced a Men’s Group of are curious about it, then come along. About Me: - I have been leading/facilitating Men’s Groups for almost a decade - I am a TEDx Speaker and my talk is focussed on Men and our relationship to our emotions and sensitivity. About the event: I want to see the interest and then decide on a location and date/time. We will definitely have it in a place where you can feel safe and not worry about people around you. Also, if there is enough interest we can make it a regular event. NOTE that this is going to be a sober event ie no alcohol UPDATE: the in-person group is canceled this Sunday. Might do one online
