About event
Join us for this 2 hour workshop and meet up, as we create a space for men to connect and expand, physically and mentally. Every workshop will begin with a practice lead by Chris and can involve any combination of yoga, movement, mobility training, breathwork and meditation to ground us into our bodies, before moving into a lead discussion and sharing circle centered around a specific theme.
