I am organising a little drink/talk about Infertility. My mission is to help women suffering from infertility & having problems with conception. I struggled with infertility for 10 years, went through 11 IVF cycles, lost my long-awaited baby at 22 weeks, had 2 missed miscarriages but still succeed at giving birth to a healthy & beloved son at the age of 40. With my lived experience, I am well aware of how challenging this process is. I look at the problem taking into account your current physical & emotional state altogether. The power fil combination of coaching, working with emotions, deep relaxation techniques and visualisation can help to change your mindset & bring about positive change. In the process, we will touch all the practical issues of your fertility journey: interaction with doctors, choosing of correct protocols & clinics, tests, hormones, improving egg & sperm quality, etc.
