Let's crush our fitness goals together! 🗓️ Here's the Plan: Location: Alternating between TheGym Angel and TheGym Bloomsbury - we can coordinate! Times: Sundays at 11 AM, and bright and early at 7 AM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Workout Split: We'll be rocking the classic Pull, Push, Legs routine. Focus: Primarily on compound exercises to maximize our gains. 🏋️♀️ Workout Details: Pull Days: Featuring Pull-ups, T-bar rows, Deadlifts, Bent-over rows, and Bicep Curls. Push Days: Get ready for Incline Bench Press, Push Press, Close Grip Bench Press, Arnold Press, and Dips. Leg Days: Squats, Deadlifts, Back extensions, and Leg extensions to build those powerful legs. 🔥 Flexible & Fun: I'm totally open to tweaking the routine to include your favourite exercises or changing the days if there are some conflicts. Let's make it enjoyable for everyone! 🌟 About Me: I'm at an intermediate level in lifting. I've got the basics down but I’m no bodybuilder.
