Hey Locals, I would like to invite you for Mahamudra Locals Experience. It is Brazilian Method of training with a mix of Fitness, yoga, mindfulness and lots of fun.π The training consists in yoga techniques, cardio exercises , natural movements, body weight, circuit training , and guided meditation. We seek the balance in life, improve the health and wellness of our body and mind. All fitness levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced!
