Hello Locals, I would like to invite you to Join us next Tuesday 1st February for a Fitness and mindfulness session at 7:30pm. The class is for up to 20 people for 1:30h. The location will be in a large indoor cozy studio Mahamudra is a physical workout method which also focuses on mindfulness.🙌🏽 Our goal is to extract the best of each invidual regardless of their fitness level. We seek the balance in life and to improve the health of well-being of our body and mind. Our training consists in yoga techniques, cardio exercises ,natural movements, body weight workout , circuit training , and meditation. All fitness levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced!
