Hello Locals, I would like to invite you to Join Mahamudra Experience. It is a Fitness and mindfulness session with lots of fun. The class is for up to 20 people for 1:00hr. It is a physical workout method which also focuses on mindfulness.🙌🏽 Our goal is to extract the best of each invidual regardless of their fitness level. We seek the balance in life and to improve the health of well-being of our body and mind. Our training consists in yoga techniques, cardio exercises , natural movements, body weight workout , circuit training , and guided meditation. All fitness levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced! The location is at battersea park.
