We will also have a short talk about energy and how to use it for tangible results in life. This time, we will focus on cleansing - how to remove emotional debris to help you see what's next more clearly. We are going to meet at a secret location on top of Mulholland Drive and go on a magical canyon energy walk accompanied by a curated immersive playlist. This will be a hike, but a mellow one. Therefore, every fitness level is welcome. Nature will nurture and comfort, inner questions will arise, and answers will follow. At the end of the practice, each participant will receive a small gift. Be ready for some magic 💫 Please wear workout clothes, bring a bottle of water, a blanket, and headphones.
