Dear curious friends, 4 represents stability and foundation. This is the 4th meet up of our 6.20 mental health/spiritual social club after which we will change our format. Honestly, i have no words to describe how i feel that this project has grown so much already. Thank you! I am so excited for this, because what i have prepared for you next is going to blow your mind! But for now, i invite you to our 4th magic walk! 6.20 is a series of private, community driven events that are aimed at helping us connect to ourselves and others, grow and celebrate life while having a lot of fun. This is a safe environment for people who want to understand themselves better and in turn make friends with themselves. As it is within, so it is without. Getting to know yourself inevitably leads to a better quality of life that will be felt at every moment of every day. This Sunday I am leading an intention-setting walking meditation, followed by a guided meditation in a rain forest. Since Aug 28th is the day of love, our practice will be dedicated to the energy that can make the impossible possible. We are going to meet at a secret location on top of Mulholland drive and go on a magic canyon energy walk. The energy that we are going to accumulate during this meditation is aimed at giving your intentions a solid boost. This will be a hike, but a mellow one. Therefore, every fitness level is welcome. The nature will nurture and comfort, inner questions will arise and answers will follow. At the end of the practice, each participant will receive a small gift that is also aimed at helping with their intentions. Please wear work out cloths, bring a bottle of water, a blanket and headphones. See you Sunday! P.S.
