Join us for an evening of connecting with community and exploring how love manifests in all aspects of our lives. We will dive deep into the relationship we have with ourselves and how we can call more love in through the power of self love. This workshop includes cacao ceremony, breath work, light movement, journaling, meditation and sound bath. Please bring a yoga mat, journal and pen. Option to bring your favorite mug and any sacred items you’d like to meditate with to make the event more intentional.
