This is a group for anyone interested in open water swimming! We usually swim every Sunday morning at ‘Love Open Water London Royal Docks’ (E16 1AH) You will need to be a member of NOWCA (£15 per year) and download the ACTIO app. Each swim session is £9.00 Some people might want to chat as they swim and others might want to try and get a personal best time. Everyone is welcome. Wetsuits are available for hire but aren’t compulsory (I always swim in shorts) and each swimmer must wear a tow float that the venue provides. The venue also provides free tea and coffee if you bring your own cup (great to warm you up after a cold swim) There are also some nice cafes nearby. Hopefully see some of you soon!
