You are a powerful creator. That’s who you are. That’s who each and everyone of us is. No exceptions. Realising your power takes practice. Consistent practice. And also challenges which give you the opportunity to summon your inner power. If everything was perfect all of the time, life would be boring and predictable and dry. Challenges present the opportunity to dig deep and bring to the surface the powerful, confident, eternal parts of you which are always there. A great skill that makes this easy is knowing how to talk yourself back into your power. Again and again and again. You are in control of your mental dialogue and it’s easier than you may think to get yourself fully on board with the things you want and be the person you know you’re meant to be. In this 1.5 hour workshop, I will be sharing: - How to encourage yourself when you feel down - How to empower yourself when you don’t feel you can have what you want - How to be your own cheerleader - How to focus on the loving, compassionate, kind, positive voices within and drown out the voices that are in opposition to this - How to remind yourself that things are working out for you even when it looks like they aren’t (they still are) If this resonates with you, I’d love to see you there 💜 your presence will be so appreciated and welcomed.
