Event details
Kaiseki originated from the multicourse style of dining practiced by Zen monks in mediaeval Japan. Similar to tea ceremony, this elaborate meal is designed to slow the mind and attune the senses. Let’s try to make a modern kaiseki meal and enjoy it together afterwards. The motto of this technique has always been simple but not less sophisticated. Fresh ingredients, right timing and more importantly, learning to love the meal-making process as a way to show care to yourself. To feel relaxed and self-nurtured while creating a delicious dish to indulge yourself and give it to others is always a beautiful way of saying you care. That’s what I like about kaiseki and I look forwards to sharing the experience with you ☺️❤️🤌💦🌱🌞✨👩❤️👨
