Wellness rituals are so important in this crazy world that we live in. I’m keen to get to know what morning/evening practices help you take care of your health and wellbeing. Journaling, breathing, yoga, a low sugar diet, reading 30 mins a day, doing 10 set-ups every morning, anything that you do... If the only ritual you have is a morning latte and just sitting for a bit before doing anything else - come join us too. Let’s share our experiences and discuss! I am keen to try new things so welcome your tips 🙌 Wellness means different things to different people, knowing your routine and rituals might make someones wellness journey better💓
