Together we go further! Once a week, I’ll be doing a weights session (one invitee per week) we’ll be focusing on compound exercises to build muscle, strength & stimulate the mind? Do you have a personal best? 😀 mines is 110 kg on the deadlift with a body weight of 73kg. See you soon! Kas
