Dear friends, I invite you to join us for Saturday brunch with beloved East European breakfast - syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes). We are going to meet up in our lovely home close to London Bridge, chat, cook together and eat. I will guide you through the process of making perfect syrniki. These are never fall apart 😉 If cooking is not your cup of tea, but you like Syrniki and good company, no worries, you can brew coffee and relax 😌 As we all are very busy Londoners and always have hundreds of opportunities and events on weekends, l'd like to schedule this one for 2-2.5 hours P.S. this dish is not suitable for vegans and people with lactose intolerance🥺
