About event

The last outdoor practice before it will be too cold to make practice outside. Every practice is unique. Try to set an intention for it. It will help you to hear your inner voice better. Join me for this week's practice! Location: Practice will take place at Regent's park. Please bring your own yoga or fitness mats snd a blanket. Time: 25th of September at 10:30
