Hey girls, I really love sauna and ice plunges and I’d like to find a company. There are several places in Lisbon that offer great experience. What can it give you? Great mood! Stress resistance, anti cellulite effect and better metabolism. I forgot to mention high energy level and longer life. Details: I prefer going to Hotcold club (7.30 a.m) spending there 2 hours and then having breakfast. Let’s hang out and have fun!
