Hey all! I was thinking of doing a cold plunge at the beach, probably Santa Monica or Venice. We could do the plunge and then get coffee somewhere after. If people like it, we could start doing it on a regular basis. I’ve never done a cold plunge before, so suggestions on how to make it fun are welcome 🤗
