Hey! I’m looking to start the 75 Hard Challenge but starting with a week. The 75 Hard challenge is positioned as a program to build mental toughness and abides by these 5 rules for 75 days: 1. Stick to a diet. It can be a diet of your choice, but it must be structured and you must follow it consistently each day of the challenge.
