Hi Ladies, Thank you for joining our CLUB 💕 In honor of Mental Health AWERENESS month, we thought it would be a great opportunity to offer to our community a free virtual INNERdance sound meditation with our @federica_venturato_therapies ✨ link to access the zoom will be sent over the group chat 💕 FIND OUT MORE BELOW: INNERdance is a transformative and energetic journey where music,sounds and vibrations open up a deep understanding of our inner being 💫Tuning in to your soul’s frequencies through music , sounds , vibrations and energy ..Everything can happen , from a very deep meditation or an Immersive journey into different states of consciousness where you can surrender to the many layers of sound that are designed to activate different part of the brain and so brain , heart and body can be in coherence and reprogramming themselves 💫When you give it a chance to attend to a few session it can become an Infinite process of transformation and evolution , it is an opportunity to slow down , surrender and listen to your heart Reprogramming , learning to trust in to the process and layers by layers you allow the energy to flow within you and you flow with it 💫After a session, many people report better sleep, more balanced energy, insights into their work or relationships, and greater clarity that lasts a few days. 💫There's no right way to 'do' an Inner Dance experience. The invitation is to be present and allow yourself to be taken on a journey. 💫Sessions are two hours maximum in length to allow time for grounding, instruction, and integration. 💫Each gathering begins with a grounding and space for individual reflection.We then move into the Inner Dance experience for approximately an hour.There is space at the end for reflection, questions, and sharing. 💫To participate, you'll need a solid internet connection, a private space with enough room to lie down and stretch out, and ideally a decent set of wireless headphones. 💫InnerDance at a distance works in the same way as the in-person sessions. Space and time don’t exist so you can have the same experiences online that you would have in a live session. Some people actually prefer Online sessions as they find it easier to relax and surrender in the familiarity and privacy of their own home. ✨What happens during an Online or Live Session? • After introductions, you simply lie down on a yoga mat and close your eyes . We will share a playlist and we will share the energy field . You will be lying down for approximately 1 hour. Following the music part of the session, participants can choose to share their experiences. Then we close our sharing circle. Possible responses: • Spontaneous movements or shaking in the body. Deep insights or realizations. Visions and heightened senses. Expressions of emotions and release of blockages. Or shifts in your awareness and being in the coming days after a session. These are just some of the things that participants can and do experience. ✨What you need for an online session: Prepare yourself and your space • Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You may also find it helpful to wear layers to keep as warm or cool as appropriate. It's best to stay hydrated during the day before a session and come with empty stomach ( approximately 2 or 3 hours ) Have a private space where you can comfortably lie down (preferably on the floor) and something comfortable to lie on such as a yoga or Pilates mat .
