COME and get INSPIRED at this Once-in-a-Lifetime Wellness Festival for Charity taking place on June 16, 2024 in Warsaw at the Sound Garden Hotel. The FESTIVAL for HEALTH & SOUL brings together TOP instructors in the field of WELLNESS who will share their top secrets at this one-of-a kind, EXCITING event. Sessions in Yoga, Meditation, and Wim Hof Breathing will ignite your INNER FIRE. DON'T MISS ALL THE FUN! Besides the transformational sessions, participants will meet amazing people, receive free gifts, get their photos taken by professional photographers at the Photo Wall, support a wonderful charity, and have lots and lots of fun. 100% of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Otwarte Oczy Foundation supporting the education and well-being children. The foundation supports the education and well-being of Polish and Ukrainian children. The foundation organizes scholarships, workshops, and provides psychological support. SCHEDULE 14:00 - 15:00: On-site registration 15:00 - 16:00: Yoga Movement with Wiktoria Reszka 16:00 - 17:00: Active Meditation with Agnieszka Kaczmarska 17:00 - 19:00: Wim Hof Breathing with Steve Lainer PRACTICAL INFORMATION: Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable sportswear, and a beverage to stay hydrated during the four-hour event. Free parking is available on-site. The ticket price is 24.99 PLN when purchased online. On the day of the event, the price is 30 PLN. Spaces are limited, so don't delay your reservation!
