Hello fellow local'ites! If you are someone who's suffering from a chronic condition or any form of illness or if your loved one is suffering from a chronic illness and you want to know how to be there for them .. this group is for you. I personally am suffering from chronic kidney disorder, and I have experienced how life is different for you compared to your peers , how your diagnosis has affected not just your physical health but also your mental health and how it affects your loved ones as well In this group we will be meeting fortnightly to just get together and talk.
