Join us if it’s like minded people you want to meet, If it's a summer beach body you’re after or you simply want to train outdoors. Bring a friend, your cousin, your date!! The more the merrier and let’s enjoy ourselves for a few hours on a Wednesday evening with some of London’s great views at Primrose Hill No matter what your reason, you’ll be welcomed by positive energy and open minded individuals. What to expect: An hour and half of fun and well thought out dynamic body weight exercises. What’s included: following a thorough warmup we begin with HiiT, split into two groups with one running up the hill & the other working out at the bottom & then switching over! Be ready for the burpees! Followed by a warm down/ stretching the body, By the end of the class you have worked your entire body (and made new friends). And it’s FREE ! When?
