Winter has barely begun and I’m not sure about anyone else but I’m already freezing. And while any time of year is horrible to be homeless, I feel it for them so much more during winter. Every year I say I want to donate on a bigger scale but never get round to it, through my own issues or being let down by those I’ve asked to help me. This year I’d love for a few of us to get together, hand out cooked food (I can cook but anyone that wants to help would be appreciated), blankets, warm drinks and anything else. Any other suggestions for things to do and give appreciated!! I may create something for money donations if it’s mostly me getting everything as I would really like to do a few areas and do this a few times. But if more people are able to help giving blankets, food etc. and helping in the days we go out, we may be able to make it work. Any suggestions or anyone that’s done something like this would be appreciated. Hope to have many of you helping others together.
