In this 2-hour virtual workshop, we will be working to open our hearts and access greater levels of love for ourselves and others. We will start with a drop-in meditation to bring our presence and awareness to the space, do some brief introductions to connect with one another, and then I will lead everyone through a Shamanic journey using somatic practices such as movement, sound, visualizations and touch to help you reconnect with your heart. We will end the workshop with space to reflect and journal as well as share anything that wants to be shared. This is a sacred space for exploration of Self. It’s a space for you to discover what’s hidden and liberate your desires so you can manifest the life, the relationships and the career you’ve been dreaming of.
