Come and revitalise through this 60-minute moving meditation. Hatha is a yoga practice with a set of physical postures with breathing techniques. With the focus of the root chakra (Muladhara), this practice aims to enable you to be present and come back to yourself, balancing the imbalance. At the end of the session, take some time to meet the people you've shared the amazing energy with and together, we can build a great community practicing yoga together!
