Often symbolised as a coiled serpent at the base of the spine, the energy is also known as Shakti, the source of creative and divine feminine power and the energy of the universe. Kundalini Activation is a direct energy transmission that activates the Kundalini awakening process. It is a safe and natural process that is neither Kundalini Yoga nor Kundalini Breathwork, but a transmission of high frequency energy that is held by the facilitator to gently awaken the Kundalini energy within. It is the path of trust, surrender, remembrance, and transformation leading to spiritual awakening, heightened consciousness, and self-awareness. During an activation, you lie down on a yoga mat with your eyes closed and some music is played. As a facilitator I will walk around and touch or press some of the chakra or meridian points on your body. That’s it. When this energy awakens within you, sensations such as physical and emotional releases in the body often occur. Every expression is natural and nothing to be afraid of; trusting that this higher intelligence knows exactly what you need to detox and elevate in that moment.
