Let’s celebrate end of summer ( Limited space available max 18pp) - 1:30pm Body Will Stay Fit - workout with me. I will train you and show you the secrets to have the right mindset when it comes to stay fit - 3:15pm Soul Chat with Nicholas and Paschal, they are homeless, they live under a bridge in Regent’s park. They are spiritual being, really clever and they can connect with anyone. Prepare some questions about universe/life/love and ask to them. - 4:15pm Mind We are going to end the day with a nice trip renting a boat cruising Regent’s canal. Bring some food and drinks to have a picnic on the boat. The perfect way to stay connected and be grateful for the day. The price to rent the boat is around £22 - £25 depending on the number of participants. Oh yes, after the event we are going all together to have a drink around Paddington 🥂 🍻 🎊
