Hey guys! Do you sometimes wish you could release anxiety and stress from your body? If so I can help 🤗 I’m Hannah - certified life coach, NLP master practitioner and now I’m seeking to gain my hours to qualify as an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner! (Otherwise referred to as tapping). What is tapping? Tapping is a technique which is related to acupuncture. By coming into contact with the meridians in the body we are able to release emotions that are, in a sense, ‘blocked’. We can transform our state of being instantly. Anxiety can dissolve in a matter of seconds, one of my clients said of EFT, ‘what is this magic?’ EFT can also be used for trauma and as a way to access our subconscious. It’s truly an incredible tool and the great thing is that once we do a session you would have learned the skills to do it by yourself! I can even teach you tips and tricks so you can do it on the tube or when you’re out and about, in a way that won’t cause attention! I use it all the time if I’ve just come away from a stressful situation or if I’m on my way somewhere that makes me feel anxious!
