Free Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga in the park

🧘🏽‍♀️I’m a Yoga Teacher Trainee and looking to create a community of fellow yogis who want to practice yoga. I’ll teach and challenge you, and you’ll flow with me and improve your yoga practice. Class is a dynamic vinyasa sequence (Rocket) on upbeat music, breath work and meditation.
