Just bring yourself in trainers with some water We will start with practice drills for 15 minutes Then split into small teams usually 3v3 and 4v4 to play half court games for 1 hr 30 mins Spares can take turns to be benched as it’s a tiring game Followed by optional brunch/coffee nearby If you own a bball bring it as it helps drills since I only own one I will bring my bball elec pump too
