Come and celebrate one year of FRC runs in London 🥳 🏃♀️ Starting and ending at Telos House, we’ll run 5-10K at a conversational pace 🔥 Telos House will moderate a post-run fireside chat & Q&A on “Co-Leading a Community”. The FRC city leaders Florence, Shray, Mo and Ilona will form the panel 🎉 This will be followed by drinks, snacks and cake! Everyone is welcome, including pets! 🐶 You can run at your own pace and distance, but we’ll also have pacers running between 5 and 7km/min.
