Flow Dance

Movement starts from an impulse and evolves into a flow. As the River flows, as the Wind blows, as the Fire burns our body moves in a dance. Dance is a great instrument, which connects mind to body and soul. Nowadays we have nonstop stress and I propose to release through the movement all the blocks we got in our body.
