She offers 1:1 coaching sessions and an 8-week coaching program designed to support those with racing minds in cultivating inner peace and self-trust. With a background in Hatha Vinyasa yoga, meditation, and Access Bars energy healing, Aga’s work blends mindfulness, movement, and deep self-inquiry to create powerful spaces for transformation. She has taught and guided sessions in Mexico, Colombia, Spain, and the UK, always with the intention of bringing people back to themselves. Passionate about holistic well-being, she also integrates essential oils and breathwork into her practice to enhance emotional release and relaxation. Alongside her coaching, Aga organizes yoga, conversation-based, and mindfulness events across London, providing opportunities for deep connection and self-exploration. Her mission is to help individuals slow down, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and step into their most authentic, empowered selves.
