My background. Armature ABA champion. Army boxing champion. The boxing bootcamp will be held in a private gym - High Street Kensington , every Saturday at 1000am Duration of the session 1 hour I have designed a program which will help all with the fundamentals of boxing: 1) how to punch - straights.
