A workshop and demonstration on fermentation. Join us as we review lacto-fermented (salt-based) vegetables, and other probiotic food & drink. We’ll explore, demonstrate, and discuss as much as we can fit in of the following home-grown fermented goods: Half-sour & sour pickles Hot sauce Sauerkraut Giardiniera Tepache Kombucha
