Eltham Palace is just 30 min away from central London, in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. It has an amazing Art Deco wing and beautiful gardens. The house consists of the medieval great hall of a former royal residence, to which an Art Deco extension was added in the 1930s. Latest famous owners were Stephen Courtauld and his wife Virginia Courtauld.
