Come join Breathwrk and our friends Nicole and Elaine in community as we embark on a transformative inward journey using the powerful healing modalities of meditation, the breath & movement to connect with the Earth's Elements (Earth, Wind, Water & Fire). 🌳Register online at breathwrk.com/studio $33 per participant paid above ^ No donation on locals app required, but always appreciated Located at the Breathwrk studio in Venice Breathwork is a type of circular connected breathing that shifts consciousness and allows us to cleanse our bodies of any stagnant energy, any toxins, any traumas, any repressed emotions, anything inside of us that is not serving us. In order to truly heal, we must tap into our bodies and really feel and process what is going on inside - the modalities you will be working with on this journey will allow you to access your internal world in an efficient and safe way and really bring you back into your heart space. We will be serving cacao in the beginning of ceremony - cacao is a beautiful heart-opening medicine & superfood & is known in many cultures as “The Food of The Gods” !
