Hey all, recently got back into running after almost 2 years and thought it would be more fun having a group to run with. Weekly: 5km runs Friday morning: Focused on increasing speed & 10km + runs Sunday morning: Focused on increasing duration Goal is to get to marathon running level. πŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸƒπŸΎβ€β™€οΈ
