Earth Club is a lifestyle community. It is for people who want to live in a future where our planet and humanity can flourish together. We want to invite you on a journey that will lead you to develop a mind-body connection, presence and more joy in an everyday chaos of life. It’s free and simple, you are the main tool. If you have a feeling that you wanted to change something in your life but wasn’t sure where to start, this 60-day challenge is for you. We selected 7 essential practices in an easy everyday lifestyle challenge to help you find your passion and build new habits. Dreamers who create their reality with simple everyday rituals. Yes, you heard it all before: drink more water, move your body daily. What happens if you do it consistently for 60 days, the exact time it takes for habits to become automatic. How will your life change? If you want to see positive changes around you, start with yourself. Life is full of potential. It is your time to shine. RULE 1: WAKE UP BEFORE 8 A.M. Sleep 6+ hours and maintain a consistent bed time routine: go to sleep and wake up at the same time. RULE 2: DO YOUR MORNING ROUTINE Do your morning routine: 1h of no distractions (no phone and social media). If enough time: meditate, go for a walk, simply breathe and mentally prepare for the day. RULE 3: FOLLOW A HEALTHY DIET Follow a diet of your choice. (no alcohol, no soft drinks and generally less processed food). RULE 4: READ 10 PAGES A DAY Read books, articles of any genre. Find your interest. Get to know yourself. RULE 5: DEDICATE 1H TOWARDS A NEW SKILL Find your passion: dedicate just one hour a day to learn a new skill. Knitting, air clay pottery, reading, writing, drawing, a new language. The list goes on. You will be amazed by results at the end of the second month. RULE 6: EXERCISE FOR 1H A DAY It’s up to you what to do, all exercise based on your fitness level. Includes stretching, walking, running, yoga, bike gym and etc. RULE 7: TRACK YOUR DAILY PROGRESS IN A JOURNAL Keep track of your progress in a journal, along with any anxious thoughts that sometime take too much space in our head. Repeat everyday. GENERAL EARTH CLUB RULE If you fail on any of the 60 days, start over at day 1. I believe in you, you can do it!
